I had the pleasure of working with Paul Smith of response crew. The job that I needed was to have an interior door installed. The door was a bit problematic and required some modifications. Paul was able to quickly identify the problem, and was able to quickly adjust his method for issues that arised. He had all the tools needed to complete the job, seemed very familiar with the process. He even went the extra mile (no pun intended) to go to home Depot and grab the correct door and install it. The door was a serious pain in my rear and I am grateful that Response Crew and Paul specifically were able to take care of it. Thanks Paul for your diligence and for being and overall solid guy.

I was so excited after reading all the great reviews. I called Mr. Ruiz on Wednesday to do a new vanity install in my bathroom. He said he would be here the following Monday. Unfortunately after several text messages and phone calls, he was a no show. I was very disappointment, but found someone else to do the jog.

Steve came out on short notice and fixed a leak in my bathroom. Friendly, affordable, quality service. I also use his mobile bike service for annual tune-ups. Dude’s never late!

In today’s society where communication is very important I can honestly say he stayed in touch with me from the beginning of the process and well after he was finish with the work at my place. Jim arrives ready and able to fix all your electrical needs. He recently hung a chandelier where there was no electrical there. And last year he hung another one, also fixed two outlet issues and hung new outdoor garage lights where we had none.
