We used ATR to mount a TV and some lightning on our patio. The experience went very well and we are totally thrilled with the work that was completed. I had a leak in the walkout deck that was damaging the deck and showing underneath the patio with some mold. Joe, from House Doctors, came out and explained what would need done and quoted the estimate. Joe handled everything. At the time they did not have a roofer on their team so Joe contacted an outside contractor that he knew did quality work and managed the whole process. The work was done on time and each person that came out to do part of the job was professional and did solid work.

Performed cabinet removalarea restoration in kitchen. Arrived within a reasonable timeframe and performed services at lightning quick speeds. The final outcome looks great and most importantly she asked if the job was completed to our satisfaction. We will be using her services for future projects for sure. She didn't even mind me asking numerous questions and she answered them completely and with a positive attitude. What is even more awesome is she took very careful care with the kitchen to not cause further demolition damage. I am very impressed with her carefulness. All of these are most important in a service. Also her rates are VERY reasonable.

My husband and I are moving into a new home and wanted a shelf installed in the Laundry Room before we moved in. We were referred to Solutec by the Leasing Agent. I received a response to my email immediately and the shelf was installed within a few days. Before and after photos were included and the shelf is perfect, exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend Rene Erazo and Solutec for any work you need around your house. Mr. Erazo was so kind and personable. We will certainly use him and this company in the future.

Eddie replaced our upstairs toilet. He was very efficient and thorough. He then took a look at some shower issues we've had several people look at and scratch their heads on how to fix. He immediately told us what the issue was and how it needed to be repaired. He'll be back next week to fix. Eddie is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend him!
