Jacob Hough and Chandler Noel where very nice and did an awesome job. They secured by Arcadia door and I feel much safer. Two months have gone by and still no Arcadia door. I'm looking at plywood still and tired of looking at it. Why isn't it fixed yet?

Go To Services is OK but the sub contractors vary from acceptable to poor. Amber T. was fine in communication in a somewhat difficult insurance roof and interior claim with repairs in excess of $40,000 so far. Catastrophe. Now leaks are back and the blame is being spread around.
16 months of buckets and now collapsed drywall ceiling and split drywall ceiling in the exact area of the claim.
Reviewed to soon..even after 17 MONTHS of work we thought this would be handled better HOWEVER the original estimate was incredibly inept (not Go To Fault). Now my roof is in less condition in someareas than before the claim. Fighting with Insurance and I AM THE AGENT !

Acuity Builders are awesome. I had flood damage and decided to make some additional changes; they went above and beyond in a timely manner to work with me. Every member of his team expertly demolished, repaired and cleaned up every bit of damage in exactly the time they promised. They are professional, courteous and for me, personally, I noticed they were happy workers which says a lot as you know there is mutual respect within the organization itself, and that shows in their work ethic and passion for what they do. I'd quadruple the star rating x 1000. We arrived to our Chandler home from a trip to find it had been flooded by a clog in the common line. It was devastated by mold and black water. We called AZ Total Home Restoration on a Saturday night over Labor Day Weekend. Nathan arrived at 10 p.m. that evening and, in a most professional, knowledgeable, yet compassionate manner, answered all of our questions, provided expert guidance, and bid the work to be done. He has been by our side the last THREE months as we've negotiated a stressful and incredibly frustrating journey with insurance companies, our HOA, and unethical contractors sent by insurance. Water damage cleanup, mold remediation, sanitization of personal property we were able to save, air clearance and bacterial testing ... are all pieces of the project you need to absolutely stay on top of to ensure it is done correctly for your health, safety, and pocketbook. Nathan, James, and their team are beyond dependable, trustworthy, and ethical - and they are really, really good at what they do. They are the definition of integrity.

When you seek to hire a home restoration company for fire, mold, water damage, or even asbestos/lead testing, ask a lot of questions. There is no licensing or legal standard, at least for mold remediation, to keep them accountable. Ask about the actual crews they will send to do the work - how are they trained, how much experience do they have, is there oversight - a skilled supervisor regularly visiting the job site to ensure it is being completed correctly and in a timely fashion? What exactly is their process and the steps involved? How long will it take - and get it in writing. All communication should be in writing via email. No phone calls that cannot be documented. Take lots of photos throughout the project. Educate yourself on the required processes - don't just trust that they are the experts and will do the job right. Get a copy of the scope of work as well as the lab reports from all testing.

OR don't bother calling any other restoration company. Call Nathan, hire ATH, and you will be in the best of hands. Obviously, we cannot say enough to recommend Arizona Total Home Restoration. This has been a horrible experience - the loss of our home and property, the financial implication, the roller coaster ride with the HOA and insurance, being out of our home for months, etc.

ATH provided guidance, peace of mind, seemed to be our only ally, was so responsive, such an enormous help, and made sure we can move back into our home safely, having saved as much of our property as possible. They are good people making an honest living.

This company is not reliable. They were hired to dry out areas that were water damaged. After their amateur attempt to dry out the area, we were told it was dry and safe to drywall. Even after being paid, the water was never cleaned up or dried and they left a mess for us to clean up. They moved items on top of puddles, leaving items to rust! The walls were not dried out which caused the brand new dry wall to stain and eventually need replaced again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were repeatedly lied to and their employees no showed on several occasions.
