Patrick is wonderful. He's friendly, polite, and will call or text you back in a short time period. He shows up when he says he will. He's done a number of projects for me, and he is a consummate professional. If he is unable to do something, he will tell you. His prices are very fair. What's not to like?

Response Crew repaired an area in the hallway last month and did a fantastic job! So much so, we had them back to fix two more spots in the kitchen. Our service man was named Will who was super friendly, efficient, and completed both jobs fast. Their office admin, Jennifer, called to keep us updated and every time was friendly. The serviceman sent to install garbage disposal and kitchen fixture was very capable and experienced. Also kept the work area clean and tested the plumbing to make sure there were no leaks before he left.

Removed dining room chandelier and installed a new chandelier. An air vent in the ceiling had to be relocated as well. The job was completed with excellence! Highly recommend.
