Sean and his team installed my roof roughly a year ago in about 2 days! Not only did he quote a competitive price for the roof (I went out for 5 bids) but he also helped address some repair/replacement issues with my carport posts as well as building a section to connect 2 separate block walls together. His team really laid a sharp-looking roof: the shingles are nicely staggered and smooth, all the flashings, vent pipes, and attic vents were all color matched to the shingles, and everything was very neat and clean when they finished the job. When selling the house this year, a nervous buyer wanted all the flashings resealed. I contacted Sean and requested he come out to inspect and beef up the sealants around any roof openings. He was very obliging and said it was no problem to come out on such short notice. In short, he did the work, documented it’s completion with photos, and provided a receipt making it all so easy to appease the home buyer. He really saved the sale! I can’t recommend Sean and PCC Roofing & Construction enough!

Centrik was on the lower end for price, but their work was definitely high end. Centrik is family owned and operated. Henry Monzon and his sons Agusto and Henry were all great to work with. They made my husband John and I feel like we were family! Agusto always answered calls or returned them within minutes. He provided us with a detailed estimate with an overhead view of our roof. They did not nickel and dime us and included everything we might need as part of the price. We needed some rotted decking, roofing tiles and trim replaced. They used a high quality rubberized MB felt as well. They arrived on time, completed all work as promised, and finished in 2 days. They were careful to clean up each day, even using their blowers to clean our furniture, which needed cleaning already from leaves and debris. They carefully looked for nails, trash, etc. Although I know it is almost impossible to find everything. Lastly, they have good hearts and care about their work and the clients they work for! The roof and trim look spectacular! I highly recommend them!
