My Husband saw one of this companies trucks and we had been having issues. Our new counter top also had a new deeper sink. Plumbing of this sink has been , to say the least, a pain....an expensive pain in the you know what..including flooding pain for 6 months or so.I called Richard. He promptly came by to see what was needed. Next day, within 5 minutes was fixed. He also installed a new light and fan I have been needing fixed for years...In less than an hour , my problems were no more. True Story. I called the 1st time and asked. I have a question. Do you charge by the hour or job? Then the Handyman yelled at me and said i'm not interested. Do not call again and he hung up. So I called again and got voice mail.
