So much for the warranty. We hired AZ foundation to assess the damage.. Brian Guthrie went in and gave an honest assessment of repairs. We were of course shocked to see how the builder got away with such spotty work in the first place. AZ foundation was straight forward and honest. They proceeded to do clean quality repairs. They detailed the work that was needed and showed us were the lack of footings caused the damaged. All could have been prevented by a quality build. We would definetly recommend AZ foundation to anyone needing home repairs.
