I had an ongoing mold in the wall and a huge portion of drywall cut out in my home between insurance that didn't want to cover anything, companies who weren't eager to help me get back my master bedroom it was a total nightmare. Then I found Jeremy and from email one he was straightforward, helpful and quick with a quote. I had to wait a little while for his service but it was totally worth it. He was very fairly priced and hardworking. Jayce did an awesome job with the drywall, he is for sure a drywall expert! In fact, it looks way better than the rest of my home now because of his skills! Excellent work. Very reasonable rates!! Called them one day, they came out the next to assess the electrical work I wanted done. I thought they were just going to listen, and give me a quote. But no! There was no excess quotes or overstating the work I needed. They got busy, and completed my tasks in 2 hours, including going to Lowe's and picking up something I needed. I will be utilizing their services again to help me get as many handyman work projects done as I can.

Will is a very reliable, trustworthy, strong hard working young man who gets the job done as quickly as possible. He is focused and honest. He put 2 vanity tops, 3 faucets, a vanity light, 4 towel racks, and hard ware in my bathrooms and kitchen in about 5 1/2 hours. He only charged me for 5 hours because he was taking time to fix my window. He noticed the caulking was loose, and he fixed it without me even having to ask! He is a self- starter who hopes to grow his business and do well in business and in life. He wore a mask and washed his hands. The faucet in the kitchen looked so fantastic, my son actually thought I had upgraded the entire sink. My grandchildren were amazed at how much better the bathrooms looked. He finishes projects professionally, completely as he cleans the work space and removes trash. I have been wanting to do these upgrades since I bought my house almost three years ago. I finally found the right person for the job. I highly recommend Will for your jobs around the house. AZ Maintenance Service has helped me tackle many honey do projects that allows me to play more golf. Patrick has been great the few times he has been over the house installing selves, toilets, fixing various other items. He has always been professional and tidy.

The husband and I suspected that our toilet was leaking. We were further concerned when there was suddenly a large wet spot on the floor of our closet. Turns out the toilet leak had been traveling across our bathroom and into the closet. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the internals of our toilet. Sure enough, the wet spot dried within 24 hours and we no longer have a leaky toilet. He was able to further fix another toilet of ours so that the tank no longer leaks.
