I’m picky but he seemed more picky than I was. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He delivered quality service, excellent craftsmanship, and a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the service I received from Response Crew (RC). I have an Airbnb in Chandler AZ and submitted a request for quote for some fairly simple work (a kitchen faucet, 3 bathroom faucets and a shower curtain rod). I was very detailed in my description of the work needed, so that I could get a ball park estimate online. I sent the request to 5 different handy man services, and response crew was the only one that responded with an estimate. All other handy man services wanted to come to the house (I live in Chicago, so I couldn't meet them and I didn't want to waste time). Again, I wasn't looking for an exact quote, just a ball park. After giving me the estimate and talking to the customer service team, I decided to give them a go.

Ruben from Response Crew came to my house, on time (8am as promised) and completed the job very well. I had all products there waiting for them and RC installed everything. Further, I purchased a wrong size faucet and RC drove to Home Depot, picked up a new one for me (sent me a pic for my approval) and returned to my home to install it. I returned the other one I purchased, that didn't fit, for a full refund.

Was my first time using RC and first impression was excellent service and a good group of people. I will use them again and hope to get the same service. Thanks!

My Husband saw one of this companies trucks and we had been having issues. Our new counter top also had a new deeper sink. Plumbing of this sink has been , to say the least, a pain....an expensive pain in the you know what..including flooding pain for 6 months or so.I called Richard. He promptly came by to see what was needed. Next day, within 5 minutes was fixed. He also installed a new light and fan I have been needing fixed for years...In less than an hour , my problems were no more. Richard was prompt, professional, efficient and I would highly recommend him for any of your needs...Thank you Richard..Will be calling you again :)

Ross explained the problem clearly as to what the problem was and what parts are needed to fix the issues. He did not even charge on that day as he could not use the parts that I purchased because they were wrong parts. I made a follow up appointment after I purchased the correct parts he needed. He came back and fixed the repairs. I wish more handymen were like him.

True Story. I called the 1st time and asked. I have a question. Do you charge by the hour or job? Then the Handyman yelled at me and said i'm not interested. Do not call again and he hung up. So I called again and got voice mail.

I had my above range microwave replaced and they were the best. They were prompt, courteous, fair priced, and most importantly I felt comfortable with them in my house.

They put a new silicone roof containing on and saved me a lot of money. Thank you Desert Customs!

I was so fortunate to find Hugo since this was a unique job. My fire pit had a leak in the gas line so the concrete and flagstone had to be cut, an 18 deep trench was dug and the fire pit was cut on the side. After the plumber replaced the gas line, Hugo took over and filled the trench, replaced and repaired the flagstone and concrete and repaired the side of the fire pit so it looks like new. He brought all his own tools and cleaned up each day Hugo arrived each day and worked full days. The plumber was so impressed with Hugo's work that he hired him for a job at his House! I also had Hugo repair the benches with new concrete, stucco and paint. His work is equal to his work ethic, top notch!

Excellent service! Contacted on a Sunday for help moving my stacked washer/dryer unit which was stuck and impossible to move by myself. Derek and Derek showed up within an hour of my contacting them, well prepared with all the necessary tools. They were able to move the unit, and even reinstalled the closet door, all in less than 20 minutes. I wasn't charged anything beyond their reasonable trip fee - very surprising considering it was a Sunday on short notice.

After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars to accomplish similar tasks with some of the big companies in the valley (the ones with fancy trucks and pushy salespeople) I was amazed how simple this transaction was. It was clear tell they cared about the quality of work they perform.

The husband and I suspected that our toilet was leaking. We were further concerned when there was suddenly a large wet spot on the floor of our closet. Turns out the toilet leak had been traveling across our bathroom and into the closet. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the internals of our toilet. Sure enough, the wet spot dried within 24 hours and we no longer have a leaky toilet. He was able to further fix another toilet of ours so that the tank no longer leaks. The experience was professional and quick overall. Thank you, Joe!!
