Priority One gives their best handy work. He not only replaced a ceiling fan, he also fixed our back door and frame. His team also fixed our brick wall after someone crashed into it. Not only did the wall get fixed, but also painted for a good price. He's reasonable, fair and honest. I have more work needs to be done around the house and I'd rather call Priority one. Excellent service! Contacted on a Sunday for help moving my stacked washer/dryer unit which was stuck and impossible to move by myself. Derek and Derek showed up within an hour of my contacting them, well prepared with all the necessary tools. They were able to move the unit, and even reinstalled the closet door, all in less than 20 minutes. I wasn't charged anything beyond their reasonable trip fee - very surprising considering it was a Sunday on short notice.

After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars to accomplish similar tasks with some of the big companies in the valley (the ones with fancy trucks and pushy salespeople) I was amazed how simple this transaction was. It was clear tell they cared about the quality of work they perform.

I reached out to C&S Handyman Services for paving work as well as place a raised flower bed. They showed up on time, was very thorough, even offered a few ideas that I had not thought of.

I will be calling on them again as home improvement-landscaping projects arise.
