Not super impressed with this business. Had high hopes due to all the hype on socials for their quality work. We had someone out for an estimate, & he told us we would hear from someone within the week and never did. Also he was in and out within 5 minutes to look at our issue and this is an EXTENSIVE job so I find it pretty unlikely he actually observed everything.

Anyway, we are over a month out from when we were supposed to get contacted and nothing.

Once again the Response Crew came to our rescue. We had three medium size projects: a new door / frame (that came primed) which needed a finishing coat of paint, mirror 5 x 6 which needed to be framed / painted, along with some old utility boxes / tv dish that needed to be removed from our back patio area. The Response Crew answer our call for assistance and sent one of their best techs - Dennis. Dennis is a perfectionist; he completed every possible detail required to make sure the above projects was done right. This is the second time we have called upon the Response Crew for service and it will not be the last. The Response Crew team and their Administrator Jennifer deserve ten stars; not just five.

Yasar came right away to replace my rusted out gas water heater. He brought all the equipment necessary and the exchange was made in under an hour. It was great service at a great price with a great attitude!

In today’s society where communication is very important I can honestly say he stayed in touch with me from the beginning of the process and well after he was finish with the work at my place. I would give Solarm City zero starts if I could. We got SCAMMED big time by this guy. We hired him through Task Rabbit. After estimating the job, he insisted he needed to take the job outside the ambit of Task Rabbit and charge us directly, through his own company. We didn't realize it at the time, but he did that in order to avoid any quality control/sanctions that might be available through Task Rabbit. He then started the job - which was to touch up baseboard paint - and proceeded to do a terrible job. Left the job half finished. When we asked him to return to finish up, he began threatening us. We thought ok, we'll just report him to the ROC. But Solarm City made it clear to us that the reason he broke up our payment into chunks less than $1000 each was because the ROC won't deal with any complaints less than $1000. He did that on purpose knowing it would prohibit us from being able to file a complaint. In the end, he made several threats against our safety, which was terrifying. I strongly advise you not to hire this scam artist. You will regret it.

Called Desert Ridge Handyman about a job to hang up 6 ceiling fans in our home. Responded back with a quick (accurate and fair) quote after some questions for more details. Showed up on time (had Connor on his team too, to help), was very polite and respected schedule / certain requests, etc. Couldn’t have done a better job overall. Did very clean, quality work. We highly recommend! Will use for future jobs.
