The service person who came to our house did a really good job. He actually put on little booties to make sure that his shoes didn't dirty the floor as he sprayed around inside the house. And I was also impressed with how much work he did outside the house by going around the house a few times with bug spray. Overall he did a really good job and the customer service is pretty good too.

Everytime I request an appointment, it's met with urgency ( I usually wait until it's absolutely necessary). Tim has responded quickly, he is respectful and considerate. Also, this may seem small but he always is mindful of my pets and there well-being by removing their toys and beds before spraying. Because of this, I have referred 911 to friends in need.

I had Kyle Wilbert come out to get rid of some critters, and I can't recommend him enough. He's very thorough and knowledgeable about pest control and funny to boot! Some guy's only come out to do a job with no real expertise, but not Kyle. He will explain to you what you're facing and how he will deal with it, AND what to expect in the days to come. Sorry I'm raving but you just don't get this kind of great service anymore! Call Bio-Chem if you got bugs, and ask for Kyle. He's the best in the business.

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.
