Unprofessional and immoral higher management staff member/s. The activities that go on after hours is inappropriate and appalling. I suppose some people have no respect for the professional environment and they abuse their position of power for their own personal and selfish satisfaction.

aron did a great job on our yard! This was his second time back (we took advantage of the 6 month guarantee) and we love him! He did a great job explaining everything, remembered we had a dog & baby, and he even pulled our big weeds for us in >100 deg weather. He really went above and beyond.

I am beginning to think there is no actual Terminix Tempe location. I had an appointment that the tech no call no show'd. After 30 minutes of holding I got sent to a phone center to schedule a new appointment for the next day. Another no call no show and another 30 minutes on hold to get a different phone number to the office that sent me back to the same phone waiting area to be connected to the same phone center again. So far, a very unprofessional and unreliable experience dealing solely with call center workers and no pest control specialists.

I called them and made an appointment for them to come out to my house. They didn’t come, so I called and set another appointment, which they did come to. They set a few traps around the house and said there were a few points of entry. No rodents were caught and I had to ask them to come out again. They set some more traps. This was at least a week before Christmas and I haven’t heard from them since. I still have an infestation of rodents. All this for $250.
