Karen was so responsive and accommodating when setting up my account and scheduling my service. She gave me live updates as to when expect the technician the day of. Skyler, the technician, arrived timely, introduced himself, and then talked me through the process and what to expect. He was thorough and timely! I highly recommend!

In the almost 4 years of owning our home and using Blue Sky Pest Control, we have experienced 2 different technicians and they both have been absolutely professional, caring and concerned. Plus they do a wonderful job of keeping scorpions out of our home.

They service apt community where I live.I had what I would call a major problem and I wrote a terrible review which I am recanting now because the people responsible lived up through an ethical way of doing business oh, and I appreciate thatSo they are going from one star to four stars and when the job is complete I will raise it five I'm sure.The owner had contacted me which impressed me,, and I had what I would consider problem with technician but we resolved it and I think he knows his business and he's taking care of my friend who is in her living room on a hospital bed with an open wound.Sometimes it's better for people to take care of people that you care about them to take care of you personally In other words he treated her with respect and is doing his job well and said he was only human and a basically apologize to the problem we had so I'm totally fineThanks to owner for being a stand-up guy I'm getting back to me and thanks to Bobbie and Aaron and the other two people I've talked to on the phone who have been very polite to me today

I just started using Sprague and wow what a difference! They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings. Sprague employees are friendly and always ready to work and get the job done right.
