As others have said, predatory sales practices to get you locked into a one year contract that has a cancellation fee of a couple hundred dollars. I was told by one of their salesmen that they were offering a discount on their service since they were going to be in the neighborhood. No mention of a contract, no mention of cancellation fees, nothing. Now it's about $65 a month or $3XX to cancel. Absolutely awful! Will never recommend this company. Unfortunately the only people to see this will probably already be conned or know what they are getting into.

We have used Contractors for over 20 years. We have had great service. Our current Technician, Harlan, is top notch. He is professional, does a great job, and is very proactive in taking care of our properties.

Cameron came to do our initial inspection. He did a great job, was super friendly and very informative as well!

We had Duane come out and take care of a fly infestation. They scheduled him and he came out introduced himself and had a great attitude. He explained what he was going to do and did warn us that after the treatment they would start dropping. He wasn’t kidding. After he left we started getting dead flies all around our house. Must have been within hours that they started dying. He even scheduled an appointment to come back to retreat if necessary but by the time he came back 2 days later they were gone. We signed up with them after that. Great service and Duane is really funny and an all around good guy. Keep it up Proactive Pest Control
