We did the German roach treatment, the did it with a great value considering the cost of the poisons involved. Cameron was extremely professional and answered all of our questions, we hired them for the entire year. Thank you, A+, would highly recommend.

Arizona Organic Pest and Termite has provided us with years(too many to count at 4 homes) of excellent service. Dan has serviced the most recent one for about 6 years now. He is always communicative, timely, pleasant and thorough and always tends to any specific needs before leaving.

I have been using this company for our pest control service for many years! Chuck Carpenter is our customer service tech and is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, timely and always reliable. We highly recommend him and this company...we have tried other companies and this beats them all!!

I called Western Exterminator om 10-6 for emergency service to eliminate biting ants on 10-6. I was told that we would hear back on Friday. We did not. I called on Friday and was told that we would be contacted on Saturday. We ere not contacted. The problem persisted and I did what I could and purchased chemicals at Ace Hardware. On Monday, we once again received no response. I finally was able to get a message to our service rep of the last 10 years and he came out and serviced the property. We now have his cell as it is evident that your phone bank is useless to existing customers. We have used Western for over 40 years when it was known as Dollar Pest Control. The only reason that we are remaining customers is our service representative, Eric Morris. I was told that your calls are recorded. I suggest that listen to those calls and find out why no one contacted us as promised.

I just wanted to say how amazing Brandon and Aaron are and what a diffrence these guys are making in the community. I had a need and without even asking these guys stepped up and filled that need. Russell Pest Control has been wonderful since before we even moved into our home! They’re caring and attentive, always acknowledging and addressing my concerns about scorpions and prevention. We just had the house sealed and they were very thorough. Hoping to keep those nasty critters away from our house this summer! They have been servicing our home for years before we moved in, and we look forward to using them for years to come!

Excellent company! I can't stress it enough. My wife and I have been battling rats for months. We hired other companies but none of them could resolve our problem. We called Critter Ridder and Jason came out to our home and quickly found the problem. He had his technicians get right to work and after a few of days (and many captured rats), we are delighted to say we no longer have any rats issues! Thank you Critter Ridder for an outstanding job.

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. I highly recommend you call and ask for Hannah for all and any services. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She truly loves what she does, it’s evident in her performance. I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
