Best Maintenance Technicians in Phoenix AZ

We are currently renting an Airbnb in Scottsdale and started noticing scorpions in the backyard in the grass around the pool. We called a few pest control companies we found on Google, and either we got no response or we were told that it would be weeks before anyone could come help us. We tried calling Urban Desert and the owner, Brad, came out personally and sprayed the yard for us on the same day! We couldn't believe it. We expected to be told that we would have to wait a few days, if we could even get someone out at all. Brad was friendly, professional, and literally saved our time at this AirBnB. With shelter in place, I think we would have gone crazy not being able to use the backyard.Thank you so much, Urban Desert! You rock!

I want to post this review about one employee in particular. Eric Vejar. Eric is not only polite and responsive to our needs as a client, but he is also very considerate and thoughtful. He keeps track of any issues we experience and checks on them upon arriving. He also ensures certain areas near our property are pest free. Additionally, he is very friendly and talks to both me and my wife, remembering conversations we have had in the past. He remembers our dogs name and checks on his well being. Every time Eric stops by me and my wife both comment on what a pleasant and professional person he is. If it was up to me I would recommend a raise for Eric. Seriously can’t say enough god things about this employee.

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.
