I requested Cricket residential electricians in Phoenix to install a LED kitchen light that I was having difficulty with installing myself. They were very quick to come out and get it installed correctly. They did a safety inspection to see what would be needed brought up to code and left me a detailed estimate of anything that they recommend being upgraded. I would recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

The technician was Daniel Medina, extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and I really enjoyed having him come here because he was honest and he’s direct to the point that”on anything that I asked him, and I greatly appreciate him. and I had a point of reference from the first technician. Daniel is so much more knowledgeable.

Our tech Ian was awesome. He quickly fixed the problem better than original. Repair is clean and complete. He made sure I knew what he was doing and offered ideas on getting proper remediation of the water damage. He was kind to my elderly mother in law who is quite a talker. Whatever he is being paid raise it. He's the guy that will make sure people choose your company for help. I appreciate the work he did and the manner in which he did it.
