Today was our first service and Enrique was our tech.He was so nice and professional and spent almost an hour. He spent time cleaning off all our window spider webs and answered all our questions while also giving us so much great info !I’m so happy and glad that we switched to this company instead of who we were using before!

I'm glad Action Pest Control had an available appointment within a week of me calling. The technician, Araon, called and texted before arriving. That made it easy to have things ready for the past treatment, like putting cats in a safe place. He arrived on time. He was polite, courteous, and helpful throughout the whole process. I appreciate Araon asking plenty of questions to make sure all the parts of the house were well treated for insects, especially scorpions. He has superb customer service skills. I feel relieved that the bugs will not bother me for a long time. Araon did an excellent job, and I would want him to return next time I need bug extermination.

I have been using Western Exterminator for well over 6-7 years and find them to be extremely professional, reliable and cost effective. Have had great service from Arizona Exterminator, who recently became Western Exterminator. Had service recently with new technician after routes were re-arranged. I am not getting the quality of service like the previous tech. I still hear crickets in the yard, which can be food for scorpions. We try extensively to keep the scorpions outside the home but this may not be possible if the crickets issue cannot be addressed. This may just be a co-incidence that the crickets are not being dealt with appropriately. It could be the weather that has hatched more crickets that usual.
