The only pest control company I’ll ever use! I’ve tried multiple others in the past and still found crickets and Scorpions in my house! Insectek is the only company that keeps all insects out of my house and yard! I’m incredibly allergic to scorpion venum therefore having a good pest control company is IMPERATIVE! I recommend them to everyone and I’ve used them for over 3 years now!

I had a pigeon problem , their rates very competitive, the most affordable place I found, Barry worked with me to solve my issue.

Absolutely the best! From the owner to the employees simply amazing service. The owner really knows his stuff and the guy on the phone is very helpful and knowledgeable as well!

I would not recommend this company. Absolutely the worst in customer service. They do not perform the inspections for termite bait stations per the annual contract unless you hound them to schedule. Good luck actually getting a hold of them in the first place. Then they do not even show up for the scheduled visit with no notification to change. When you finally are able to reschedule, they do not even show up for that. Then you get the audacity of receiving a renewal notice in the mail for another year of non-service.

I can not recommend these people to anybody.

Bobby has the pest control service I’ve used in AZ! He is very thorough, I’ve seen ONE dead bug in my condo compared to the multiple I’d find after my last service provider would visit. He was also able to get rid of the mosquitos and ants in my backyard. Bobby is very knowledgeable about the best products on the market and keeps me informed on his work. Highly recommend you call him for monthly service!

Had an appointment for an inspection and they never showed up. I paid for a yearly contract and will not use this company again.

Update 8/16/19: Once again, Im not getting a confirmation of termite activity after a third inspection. The “termite tube” stated in your response below and poorly pictured in the inspection report was a plant hook in the ceiling. The faint “stain” noted in the report next to the plant hook was inspected as well, and not to be anything termite related. I understand mistakes are made—we are all human, but these inspections cost money and your reports are taken personally and seriously by home sellers. I appreciate you sending me the inspection report after I called to narrow this issue down and will change my rating to reflect that (the lady on the phone was very helpful), but I will leave this review as it sits for others to read my experience. I kindly ask that you remove the address from your response as it a breach of privacy for us and future residents of that address, or a BBB claim will be made.

I’m selling a home and they inspected the house for the Buyers. They showed up, rushed through with a flashlight outside the house, then attic, then inside each room. It wasn’t until the very last room he checked that he reported I have termites, but the rest of the house was good. Barely explained what he found and then took off before I got a clear answer on the matter. I have had Green Leaf Pest Control spray and monitor the house for 4 years with zero issues. So I had Green Leaf come back out for a warranty inspection two days later, and what do you know—not a single trace of termites after I watched the inspector meticulously check every nook and cranny. This company is a scam and got the new home Buyers money, unfortunately. Hope noone gets ripped off like they did.

Response to the Owner: I’ll get a third opinion because I may have found what your inspector claims to be a termite tube. No one told me where to look so I can fix the problem. I’ll be first to admit when I am wrong, and if I am during the third inspection, I will gladly change the rating. But something has to be done about the lack of communication.
