Where do I begin? The incredible professionalism was immediately obvious. The down to earth friendly sales person was thoroughly informed and quick to answer my questions. My bi-monthly service has been timely and very effective in eliminating unwanted pests. I've appreciated the phone call reminder the day before and also the on-line receipts make things operate smoothly. Overall I have been fully satisfied with Watts Pest Prevention.

I've been using them for a few years now because of the price, but good lord - getting service is SUCH an ordeal. I have them scheduled for monthly recurring service - same day and time every month. Yet every month, nobody shows. Every month I call them and they say nobody was available. They tell me they tried to contact me, and I never have any missed calls. Next appointment is always 2-3 weeks out when I have RECURRING APPOINTMENTS ALREADY SET!!! The techs are great, the folks answering the phone are friendly, but man - it is to the point where I fully expect to get stood up and jerked around on getting someone to come out. Absolutely ridiculous process.

Over priced for work not done initially and still waiting on bottom piece for garage. Still having bug issue. No chimney cap yet either.

Jacob is THE best. He is always on time; super friendly and makes us, the customer, know that we are his priority. Cannot recommend him enough!!
