Best Exterior Home Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Russell Pest Control has been wonderful since before we even moved into our home! They’re caring and attentive, always acknowledging and addressing my concerns about scorpions and prevention. We just had the house sealed and they were very thorough. Hoping to keep those nasty critters away from our house this summer! They have been servicing our home for years before we moved in, and we look forward to using them for years to come!

We have been using contractors for a year and a half out in Wittmann. TJ is amazing, he always sends me a quick text to let me know we are on the schedule and let's me know when he's on the way to our house. He always asks if we've had any unwanted guests and goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. We are very happy we can live in the desert and not worry about pests in our home. We highly recommend contractors and especially TJ!

Been using AZ Pest Prevention since we bought our house in 2002. Service is top notch, prices are reasonable. Steve and his employees are always courteous and great to work with.

They came once and said they would be out the necesary times until it was controlled...now they wont answer my calls

I had excellent service!!!! My pest Exterminator Duane was really knowledgeable and help get rid of my pest problem, I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.

A guy came to my apt today...he s the wort human being I have ever seen...worst behavior..very rude..I was feeding my 6 month old baby inside bedroom...just like that he came inside without knocking my bedroom...I was shocked suddenly seeing a stranger inside my room ...embarrassing...he didn't even apologize once..I know that they can come inside any time but there should be a basic manners right??.my day s ruined coz of this guy.I don't know his name ...he has written jp on slip

I'm not trying to sabotage your reviews but I should give 1 star based on how your employees drive. Cut me off merging onto the highway then cut across 3 lanes to catch their next exit. Other reviews show your employees clearly don't care about road rules or safety, smh.
