Best Commercial And Industrial in Phoenix AZ

A long overdue review for an AMAZING company! I started using Insectek over a year ago for my townhome in Phoenix. Living in the city equals living with cockroaches and other insects, especially during the summer. Once I started seeing the occasional cockroach inside, one of us had to go...and they did. Insectek’s product immediately took care of the problem and after the initial 7-10 days...I never saw one in the house again. Also, while they are hard to get rid of, I also saw a dramatic decrease in silverfish.Fast forward about 18 months later and they are now treating the home that I bought in Phoenix. They did the initial treatment before we moved in and all I have seen are dead bugs (outside) ever since.I can’t say enough good things about Insectek!

Hired this company to install Pigeon spikes in the courtyard of our Goodyear home. The pigeon spikes worked great! (The only reason they received 2 stars.) while up on the roof of our new home they knocked several tiles loose and crushed a roof vent causing a leak in the single car garage. They also left all of their trash on the roof as well. It does say in the contract you sign they are not responsible for damage to your roof. My fault for not reading that part but I think they could be more careful and clean up after themselves. I would not recommend using them.

This company is the worst of the worst. All the owner cares about is himself. I know this because I've even spoken to 2 technicians that used to work for Paul and they said the same thing. They also claimed the company was very unorganized with their materials, they were never thanked or rewarded for the hard work in the summer, their old trucks would break down on them while trying to gey to a customers house, and the list goes on. All in all, horrible company, they don't deserve your business, and I would suggest you hire someone else.

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. I highly recommend you call and ask for Hannah for all and any services. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She truly loves what she does, it’s evident in her performance. If I could give 1000 stars and 1000 reviews for her I would. This company has something very special with her on their team.

Jeff attempted to call and I missed it. I did try calling back 2 times leaving messages and I still have not heard from him.

One of the times I called I complained my way into getting a CSR to move our 11/29 visit to today, 11/22. The service manager, Mike, arrived. This is the best experience I have had with Budget Brothers to date. He removed our carpet, drilled into the foundation, used a product called Taurus instead of DuPont which I continue to hear negative things about, and then sealed the holes with new concrete. He was very kind and professional.

This is my 5th visit now and finally an employee had the decency to remove the mud tubes from the ceiling and put my belongings back where they moved them from. The others just left everything scattered and the tubes in tact.

Mike May have just saved your review from going lower, Jeff, since I haven’t heard from you yet. If this solves the issue I’ll be sure to update it to 5 stars from 3.

Your CSR had no problem finding me in your system by my last name (spelt correctly here on Google). Not sure where we had a miss there. I left a message with all of my information. I’m going to continuously update this review based on how things pan out (hence why I’ve chosen a average 3 star review - for now) in hopes of motivating this company to get this right and resolve the issue.

Simply said, we have a termite issue. Mud tubes are hanging from our ceiling. We reached out the beginning of August to address it.

We purchased our home in November of 2018. My realtor was kind enough to assist by pulling reports to help us figure out that the home was treated within a year of our purchase and that it could potentially still be under warranty.

My initial perception was negative and skeptical when I called in to ask for their assistance. After providing my address the CSR agent told us to remove the mud tubes from our ceiling and wait two weeks. When I mentioned the warranty she did admit it expired in a week. Could that have been overlooked? Sure. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and she was sure to get a visit scheduled after I made it clear that I wanted it treated under the warranty. At this point I begin to wonder if we were intentionally being set up had I not called them out about it.

The expert arrived and treated the area. They then explained to my wife that we had to pay to renew our warranty or the next visit would result in a more expensive charge as opposed to the cost of renewal. We gladly accepted and paid to renew. The people that visit are always informative and polite, but at the end of the day they cannot seem to resolve the issue.

Since the renewal, budget bros has treated the same area 3 times without success. Every time I wait (not even a week) and the tubes constantly grow back. Every time I call I’m booked 3 weeks out. This is now 3 full months of termite damage that has occurred to my
Home.

After a 4th visit by an inspector (because I gave the poor woman an earful over the phone and apologized for my temper by the end of the call) they now asked my wife if they can drill holes into our tile floor. They were kind enough to send an inspector due to my anger about waiting 3-4 weeks for a treatment technician.

Because Im beginning to worry about whether or not this company can truly eliminate termites, I’ve called around. Orkin swears it’s the chemicals Budget Bros is using while Arrow claims we need to jump on the Sentricon bait system train. Neither has been offered or mentioned by Budget bros.

Budget Bros, this is my attempt to get us to be taken seriously. Please fix our termite problem so I can rant to the world that you saved the day, or please just stop wasting our time if we are going to continue receiving the runaround.
