Robert (Bobby) and his crew did an amazing job. Great communication, responsive and takes pride in his work. The previous company I used, put up netting which looks terrible. Bobby uses an optical gel which looks great and is not an eye sore. He went the extra mile deep cleaning and following up with me days, weeks later to make sure I didn’t have any issues. No pigeons and no mess to clean up. I highly recommend him and his company. I will continue to use him for my other homes.

Paul's Pest and Termite have done a great job here at my home for almost 10 years now. I have never had a recurrence of termites during this time since their initial treatment years ago. I have had pest treatments throughout the years as well which gives me peace of mind that unwelcome bugs will stay away. I have always had very helpful and knowledgeable people in all of my experiences with them.

I had Phoenix Pest & Termite Control come out to my house multiple times over the course of two years due to a termite infestation. Termite is right in their name and they did absolute nothing. After two years and still having termites, they told me my warranty had ended. The techs are friendly, but this company is crooked. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.

Very unhappy with this company. They have to keep coming back to treat and then it does not get done. Owner very rude and not helpful. Lied about conversations. Save yourself money and go somewhere else! My wife never said she threw out anything, that is a lie. I tried to work something out but the owner was just rude; ; they do not get customer service.
