I originally called green home pest control as I saw their ad on groupon and thought it would be a good deal. They began to come out and I continually had to have them come back. Then I called and asked how often they were coming out they told me bi monthly I asked them to come out at least every 25 days as we have been told in the past that the chemicals wear off about every 28 days. They Never changed our service plan so today I called to cancel and they tried to pull this ohhh well your under contract with us and you owe us $170 of a cancelation policy etc etc etc. Well sorry Green home but since you never got rid of my bugs you were in breach of the contract from the first time you came out.. PEST CONTROL COMPANIES ARE HIRED TO REMOVE PESTS !!!

We get regular service from this company at multiple properties. Over the last year their service has gone from great to not very good. We are thinking of leaving them for service because of all of the service issues.

Austin was great! Was able to come out right away where other companies couldn't come out until the following week. Knew the problem right away & scheduled treatment.

Sadly they only get one star. This used to be a reputable business as it was Arizona Exterminator. Now the customer service has gone downhill. You never know what serviceman you will get. Unreliable is the only word that comes to mind.

I've used Unitech for many years on my primary home and all of my rental homes. They do great work and are affordable. I highly recommend them!

Excellent services for our normal pests, and quick response when we had a rattlesnake all at a very fair price.

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.

I've had this pest company since March of 2021 and they have been great. Our pest problem was fixed immediately, since the beginning everyone I've talked to has been amazing. We have never had problems, if there's any questions they will answer them. They are so patient, professional, polite from the office workers to the technicians. It's difficult to find a company that will actually help there customers, and im glad I picked green home pest control.
