We have used Western Exterminator for many years. The reason? Ruben Chavez, our service person. Ruben always calls the night before to alert us he is coming. At that time I am able to discuss whether I am having issues with rodents or scorpions. He is professional, does an outstanding job and provides personalized service.

Contractor's resolved my pest issues including a serious and ongoing scorpion problem after my house was vacant during a 9 month renovation. They sent a service person out for the initial treatment within 18 hours of my initial call. My monthly service person is Mike and he is awesome, he's always on time, professional, super nice, and very communicative regarding any issues and solutions. I highly recommend.
