Best Removal in Phoenix AZ

When I moved into my new home there were pincer/earwig bugs, in the drains, tubs, toilets!, and floors. The owner took the time to came out personaly to look over the property. He was such a pleasure to speak with and I appreciated his personal attention. He sprayed inside and out; the next day I no longer had bugs in the toilets, and within a few days it dwindled down to one on the floor here and there, and now 1 month later i haven't seen any. I would 100% recommend Guaranteed Pest Control!

Horrible experience, beginning with the pushy salesman.  Hired the company for scorpion removal and was left with more scorpions!  After claims of superiority to other companies through use of a proprietary service, scorpions remained.  I called to request a refund as agreed in the sales pitch, but they insisted they would fix the problem.  I gave them another shot, but it got worse.  It was all lies and they think customers are retarded: It's not a contract, just an agreement for services... to paraphrase.  Then, they have cancellation fees when they didn't live up to their end of the contract.  You can't take customers' money for mere attempts. This is unfair business practices and the company should be punished for screwing hard-working people out of money.  Thieves.

These guys are great. They have taken care of our rat problem and the technicians are fantastic. I highly recommend using them for any type of service.

Our family has been using Bill's for the last 17 years. They are dependable and have not raised our rate since day one. I needed a termite inspection at the last minute for a home refinance. I called several places and decided on preventive pest control because they could do it quickly. I was not disappointed! Excellent value and professionalism. I highly suggest this company and i will be back for any pest control needs i have. After the timely inspection, they got me me my report right away knowing i needed it for my home loan. Awesome :)

I'm the superintendent of a building in Tempe and I had nothing but great things to say about the staff at JJ's. Kyle, Rick and Sergio we're here throughout the entire project. All residents in the building had great things to say about them throughout their work they came in on time protected our floors to care of those rodents that had potential of entering our units. They picked up after themselves 100%. I have nothing but the upmost respect for them for the job that they did I would recommend them in a second to any other building . They have my respect and I know they are great workers.
