We have had Snyder's Weed Control out for a few years now. The driver has already been very nice, but our interaction with him is limited. When he gets to our house, he comes to the front door to let us know he will be spraying (both front and back yards). After he is finished he lets us know he's finished so I'm not sure how rude he could be. He is also very careful not to spray around the plants and bushes. He must be doing a good job because there are no weeds that pop up during the year. If only he could spray for ants living underground that somehow keep coming into my personal space.

I called, and even though they were dealing with an influx of pest calls, because the entire valley had the same beetle, they were still able to make it out that very afternoon. We are super impressed with Green Magic Pest Control! We have been looking for a pest control company for quite some time. I reached out to a few companies via email and phone and never heard back. A colleague of mine referred us here and I contacted Green Magic that same day. I was contacted back within five minutes of calling and Matt was very helpful in explaining the services/pricing. We did our due diligence in asking a few friends and family members what they pay for their services with other companies and Green Magic is SUPER reasonable in comparison. They also offered us a discount for our initial service which I really appreciate. Matt was able to schedule us for service the day after inquiring. Thank god for that because our pest problem has gotten a bit out of control and we needed someone to come out here like, yesterday. Soren did an awesome job while he was at our home. He was very informative, thorough, and kind. He removed all of the webs around our house and sprayed both inside and outside. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable about what type of pest control my home needed and I haven't had ANY ant issues since switching to Extermo. Despite battling with ants around my above ground pool and patio the last 2 summers. The technician was very friendly and accommodating to questions regarding servicing around pets, particularly my birds. Great rates and awesome service! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

In the middle of a global pandemic, you would think that they have better business management skills other than to give vague time-frames and 8 hour time-spans you must be out of your home while they do a treatment. Their suggestion of just go to the park does not fly for an 8 hour window.
