They could use customer service training in office. New staff was not confident in the products and services they offer and how to accommodate if you make a mistake. In all fairness...they are working on it with Management. I'm going to continue my service with them as things seem to be turning around. Ashley is the best and the owner!!

Annette and ken are absolutely wonderful. They always address any need I have promptly and professionally. I have been a customer since the beginning. I have an assisted living home and they are always so responsive to my needs and for my residents. They do my pest control on house and grounds, take care of spring bee problems. I can call Annette and talk over problems with pests and she has never once in all these years let me down. Their charges are so reasonable and their follow up is amazing. Update, they came twice, they dont communicate with each other, and when I said No they called MY HUSBAND! Felt like when the kids were young!!! They no longer do our house.

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

Best service ever. Very attentive and detailed. They didn’t leave anything unturned, and were the first ones to be able to fully mitigate biting insects in our yard.
I’ve been impressed with their responsiveness. Yesterday, for example, I asked about adding a service call. They were at our place within two hours.

We didn’t want extermination. We wanted removal. And we were quoted $300-500 but charged $995. When the bees attacked, it was terrifying but I now understand they are migrating and would likely have moved on. We need our honeybees to survive and multiply. It was wrong to kill them.

I TRIED to use this business. They were on BBB with A+ rating and very friendly when I called. Made an appt for between 7-9am. I let them know I had to leave to catch a flight by 10:30. They confirmed twice. No call, no show at 10:20am I call the main number and after telling them to please not show up because I need to leave (very politely even though very frustrated) - the guy hung up on me. Very disappointed to be steered wrong by BBB
