Best Scorpion Control in Phoenix AZ

After there service we were seeing so many scorpions in our house and John made it clear that if you see any scorpions call us and will take care of it . They don’t respond to text or call and we end up switching our service. I don’t trust because everytime either he is having Covid or something else and don’t show up for appointments!! One of the worst

Made an appointment for bedbug treatment August 26th @ 9am with Dylan. 9am came and went, no call no show.Got in touch with Dylan he apologized and got his weekend person to come by later in the day to do the treatmement they were supposed to do a follow up September 3rd at 9am...once again no call no show. When got in touch with Dylan he told me he was going to look into what happened. Haven't heard from him since. Guess he's so busy that he can't keep track of scheduling.

I would definitely recommend Arizona's Best Choice. Hanna was very professional and personable. She was really thorough in her inspection, and took the time to answer all my questions. The price was also very competitive. I'm glad we choose to go with Hanna at Arizona's Best Choice.

After calling 5 companies to come out and deal with spiders this was the only one that called back promptly. Nicole was very nice, and got our business scheduled right away. John came out and did the inspection at two of our locations and recommended what to do. Adam came out and did the service at out Glendale location. Talk about attention to detail! Adam was amazing! And the amount of spiders he had to deal with was truly scary to most of our staff. :) Since the first service we haven't seen any spiders or insects of any kind. We just had the follow up done at our Glendale location and again Adam was amazing. Thank you! We will be following up with Invader Pest Management in the future.

Meir is the best! He rid our house of pesky roof rats through comprehensive exclusion and trapping efforts. Meir is relentless and persistent in his pursuits. He doesn’t take any shortcuts and most importantly was affordable versus other service providers. We now use Meir for our quarterly bug spraying.

Kenneth showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. We have been having Bulwark come to our home since we first saw a few scorpions in December of 2020, we have not seen any since then. Highly recommend this company.

There was a minor reoccurring insect issue at my home, and Bug Guardian was a more affordable quote than other companies in town. There was ZERO upsell which is good, because most of the time you think you're being sold things you do not need.

When you see companies have 5 stars, you tend to think it's fake, but these guys did a great job for me at a great price and are the real deal. I haven't had any issues since they came. So hope it helps others when deciding which pest control company to go with. Thanks.

I have used Arizona Pest Prevention for my last three homes and they are great. Always on time and Always show up when they say they will.

Incredibly disappointed by the customer service response provided by the manager of this company. We have a great security system at our home which perfectly captured 1 employee looking out as another employee stole $28.00 and some gift cards out of our vehicle. I called budget brothers to let them know right away that their personnel had just completed a termite service at my home and we came out to the car to find the door ajar, white dusty fingerprints all over the center console and glove compartment. I asked the manager to please let the employees know they have until the following morning to come back in person with our items and an apology or we would file a police report. At first the manager wouldn't hear me out, saying there was no way his guys would do something like that. Then I told him I had it on camera from two different angles, he stopped in his tracks and said yeah you should just report them. I didn't want to file a police report for $28 dollars and a few $50 dollar gift cards, I wanted an apology and lesson learned. He said he would not communicate that to his team and if a report needed to be filed than so be it. I called back and left a VM on the main line the following morning to try one more time and they never called me back. I didn't file the police report simply because of time but I still can in the future should this not bring down the rating. It truly is disappointing that after being a 5 year customer, this was the response and action taken.

Once again Dustin Frank and Amanda came thru for me and built me a custom rig exactly for my need. They dedicated an entire day with me there letting me know exactly what they were doing as they created a master piece spray rig for me that will allow me to provide the very best applications for my customers. I'm very pleased with what they did for me there. Andrew the General Manager made it a point to come out greet me and thanked me for my business. Quality Equipment & Spray has earned my loyalty as a repeat customer I'm glad to drive 2.5 hours from Tucson to have my equipment installed by the very best. Thanks guys for another job very well done I love my rig ?❤️??
