I highly recommend White Horse Pest Control because When we moved into our new apartment about 2 weeks to a month we started getting bites, we though it was spiders, and so one day we found out they were bed bugs and I got Dylan to offer to help and him and Max came two days later and they did a very terrific job. Then they came back and did a follow up and since they have sprayed our unit top to bottom, we no longer have bedbugs, spiders or any other critters like roaches. I rarely write a review, but Azex Pest Solutions did such an amazing job at getting rid of a bad bed bug infestation in an investment property that I purchased recently, so I wanted to share my experience and give them a great recommendation. My local pest control company discovered the bed bug problem and recommended Azex as they specialize in bed bugs. There were also cockroaches, and their heat treatment killed them all. Ron put me at ease immediately on the phone and I could tell that he had the confidence and expertise to guarantee a good outcome for me. Everything that they said they would do they did. I was still concerned a bit because the infestation was so bad, so Ron sent a bug-sniffingdog out a few weeks later and the house was clean. I was relieved and would urge anyone who has the unfortunate experience of having bed bugs to call Azex and use their proven, guaranteed pest control methods. They were top notch all the way from the first call to the treatment to the follow up and I give them a 5-star rating since there is no 6.

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.

our family has had Truforce services for about 3 years now. They are consistently great. When you call, you always end up speaking with someone friendly with great customer service skills. The guys who come to the house have always been polite, very knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our home and property and just generally are a pleasure to work with. If you need help quickly, they do their best to get someone out quickly. This company really knows what they are doing! Will always recommend them to anyone who needs pest control services.

I will start by saying, the customer service side of this company has not been helpful in any way. I have had two appointments with them, booked for a specific time, only to be changed on their end when calling for confirmation. They are not very helpful on the phone. But the technicians have been very nice. The first technician we had come out was very kind but did not set up enough traps. Today, Bret came to our home, and let me tell you.. He was fantastic. Although, late, and obviously that is not his fault. He was thorough, set up larger, more (in quantity) and what looked like more effective traps. I will be requested Bret from here on out with them. And hoping we can catch our little rodent :l

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
