Austin was awesome as always, he's helped us for several years and we have seen great results in reducing scorpion activity on our property. In addition to Bulwark's effective service, they offer great customer service and professionalism.

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.

We have used them at three different houses for both bugs and rodents and have been satisfied each time. Very professional service and knowledgeable technicians. The tech was excellent and extremely thoughtful, making sure to not track mud inside the house.

I had a massive ground beetle infestation at my commercial building shortly after the monsoon rains a few weeks ago. I called, and even though they were dealing with an influx of pest calls, because the entire valley had the same beetle, they were still able to make it out that very afternoon. Good service, good results and the price was fair.

Absolutely great pest control company. The receptionist are all friendly and willing to help with any billing or scheduling. The pest guys are awesome, willing to answer any questions you may have. If you have any issues they will make a game plan to get rid of your unwanted pests! Make sure you tell them I sent you so we both get a refferal bonus off our next service.

Ruth is our sales rep and she makes my life easier and she gets back to us right away and we appreciate her very much. Valarie in the office always assists with our payments and has been great to work with as well. Really exceptional people delivering excellent service. I highly recommend their service if you're ever in need or ridding yourself of some pesky insects or arachnids. I was fortunate to have the owner come out and with one employee. Both were courteous and mindful of the animals living on the my property. I can tell you last year at this time we had a million cricket's, ants, black widows amongst other spiders and scorpions. Today is absolutely bless without chirping cricket's, no ants around the pool nor arachnids. Also with the service they removed spider webs off windows which I thought was a great touch to go with their humility. I'm a customer for life. Thanks guys

Our technician, Jay, was professional, courteous and conscientious in his work. He notified us that he was on his way, performed his services thoroughly, and told us what he had done when he finished. I applaud this service.

This company is HORRIBLE! The sprayer walked in, didnt say anything proceeded to spray my animals cage and the baseboards right next to it and didn't tell us he sprayed there. You think he would ask us to move a cage with TWO live animals. Now one of my guinea pigs is dead because of the incompetent man. Seems like common sense not to spray poison next to an animals cage. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PETS TO WIND UP DEAD!
