The office staff was helpful and I feel my work would never have been competed if it were not for them. The field, bidding & work on this job and a 2nd I was going to have them do was painfully slow, a lot of work on my part trying to get a response after waiting days and sometimes weeks and it was like pulling teeth to get anything done or responded to. I was very disappointed and did not move forward with them on my second job and needless to say, I will not use them again.

From getting the quote, to follow ups, picking the color of roofing, getting the job done and quality checks, this has to have been the BEST experience I've had with a major renovation. I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.

Vertex did a great job all around. Craig was very clear and straight up with us before, during and after the sale and installation of our new beautiful roof.

The crew was professional, personable, and on time every day. They cleaned up everything, and communicated clearly.

In-Ex's pricing was on par with other companies. Daryl was our point of contact and he made the entire process smooth. He was very clear on what we could expect and was easy to reach/communicate with. The written contract is thorough and easy to understand what is being done. The office crew was easy to communicate with as well. We appreciated the emails to help us get ready for the project. The roofing team was on time each morning, respectful of our yard, and cleaned up each afternoon. After the job is over, we had a walk through with Daryl and he noticed a paint mismatch that we didn't notice so I appreciated his attention to detail. The crew was back later that week for the punch list and completed everything to our satisfaction. Thank you In-Ex!

We had our roof completely replaced by Roof Rescue, Alan and his crew did a great job on our 2 story shingled roof. Done in 3 days and all cleaned up like nothing happened. I chose Alan because of his good communication with me, and answering all of my questions.
