I contacted this company for a quote. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am on a Wednesday. Joe contacted me on Tuesday at 5:00pm to confirm the appointment at said time. Come Wednesday at 9:23 am Joe calls telling me he can be at the property between 9:30 to 9:45 am because he is running early. My problem, I don't live at the property 2) I don't want the tenants disturbed. We confirmed the appointment at 10:30am for a reason the previous evening. When I showed up to the property by 10:00am, Joe is quick to tell me he kept knocking on the door to no avail, gave me a quick verbal plan for the roof, told me I would get a written quote and off he went.
Not sure this company is able to follow instructions. From my experience with Joe, I gather they do what is convenient for them no regard for detail. Not sure I will be doing business with this company based on my first impression.

Came assessed what caused the leak fixed it and guaranteed the work! Very friendly and professional. He got the job done!

In today's world, good service has become wishful thinking. Then we worked with Josh @ Gleason Roofing and now we know good service is still there. Josh was courteous, patient and knowledgeable. His workers were fast and efficient. They cleaned the jobsite clean each day, even using a magnetic roller to pickup nails. Ashley, the office manager was a true gem. They went the distance from Tempe to Overgaard.

Good place for roofing tiles just takes a while to get in and out they should think of letting customers generate a p,o without having to go through a supplier like Abc or beacon supply

My husband and I spoke with Ray and at first were very pleased. we were going to install a giant sliding glass door in our new home. we learned after we put down $5000 that he was just a salesman. He misused our funds by hiring an engineer first before even pulling the plans from the city. He miscommunicated to the engineer what we wanted and completely misquoted. He kept saying we didn't have a post-tension slab when we told him multiple times that we did. We kept getting told yeah, that's what I've said after we corrected him on multiple things: he originally recommended the complete opposite (i.e. drilling into the foundation on a known post-tension slab). Misuse of funds entirely, didn't send us the correct refund amount, and disregarded what we wanted/our budget. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Before we had this work done, I knew nothing about how to recognize a very high quality roof. After Alan with Arizona Roof Rescue finished, I am amazed by their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Beautifully done, no cutting of corners--2 of my neighbors came over and commented on the professionalism and precision. Both had roofs done recently and were impressed by Arizona Roof Rescue, while being disappointed in the work done by other companies on their roofs. We received multiple estimates, including 2 of the largest companies and hired ARR based on Alan's knowledge and promptness in arriving for his appointment.His bid was significantly lower than some companies, perhaps a little higher than another. Alan and his crew arrived on time every day. Work was begun early morning and continued for 10-12 hours most days during the hottest month of the summer. Our entire property was cleaned up at the end of every work day. ARR went way above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for a truly great job. It was a pleasure to find someone who takes such pride in workmanship.

Progressive Roofing is a wonderful roofing company to use for your roofing needs. We have used them in all of commercial properties and have not been disspointed. Kuddos to Chris Langwell and Chris Walker, who are professional and very prompt.

Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

recently contracted with Express Roofing to replace my roof in Cave Creek. I needed the roof replace to meet my contractual agreement in order to sell my home. The company did an outstanding job and on so many levels; let me explain. When I initially called Express Roofing I spoke with Jenna, who is the owner’s daughter. The company is family owned and takes extreme pride in the work that they do. Jenna was courteous, friendly but more importantly extremely efficient and helped me through the process from beginning to end. There was never a time that I called and could not get Jenna to answer, call back, or act immediately on my concern. It is so refreshing and so helpful when you have people like Jenna to work with. You simply feel like you dealing with real people, who care about your job, and not just “shouting into the wind.”
The initial analysis for my roof was done by Jeremy, the son of the owner. He came to my house and did estimate for my roof and gave me a fair price bid (It was quite in line with other bid I had gotten to date). I asked him however to go out to the house a second time and do a video for me of the roof itself because I was a little circumspect about the extent of repair needed. Jeremy traveled 40 minutes to get to my home a second time and took that video. He was extremely helpful in explaining to me what was needed and what was not. In addition, I needed to press the company to get the job done in a few days and all during the intense heat (116°) of Arizona. It is so difficult for a crew to work in this heat especially on into the afternoon but that’s what I needed to meet my stringent time frame. This is exactly what they did, I was amazed. Roofer today usually work until one in Arizona because of the intense mid-day heat. They carried on until 3pm and one day until 5pm just to accommodate my need to get the job done. The work that they did was over and above my expectation. They not only did a great job but in so many other ways, like providing 150 extra tiles, at no cost to me. Using the finest quality products their foreman, whose name was Norman and a 13-year roofing veteran, got the job done in time for me. This proved to be crucial to my effort to sell my home. In the end I needed additional help from the owner of Express Roofing, Rene. They had done an excellent job for me and they did it in the time frame that I needed it done however the new homebuyers had some critical questions that needed to be answered by a roofing expert. The entire sale of the home may have been jeopardized if I could not provide my buyers the answers they were looking for. Rene canceled all his appointments for the day to come out and see my new buyers. He spoke to them in extremely professional manner and assuage any fears that they had about the Home and the roofing job that was recently completed. From start to finish there is no better roofing company in the valley if you’re looking for someone to replace or repair your roof . Just purchased a new house in Scottsdale Rio Verde area. The inspector found the roof to be in need of replacement. I called 3 roofing contractors and All City came out when they said and gave me a fair price. Mike the estimator spent time to explain the process and followed up with me to help us get the roof installation set up and completed.
