We just needed our flat roof re-coated, but they were so efficient and professional - from the initial quote with Brandon, to the completed job - they deserve a shout out. We will use them again for a new roof for our guest house.

From the initial quotation to the final post installation followup, everything was handled professionally and on time.

My landlord chose this company, to repair our roof. Long story short, they left the day of the storm, 7/30/18, and did not protect the roof. The inside of building got destroyed, as well as over $18,000 of damage to personal property....so far no returned calls from the company, and not getting any luck contacting them through landlord either.

Amazing customer service from the first call! I originally spoke to Ashley when requesting a quote, being a new home owner this was all new to me, she suggested I set up multiple companies to provide competitive quotes.

After a few weeks, Ashley called me back just to follow up on their quote and to see if I had any questions. Out of all 5 quotes, Hardacker Roofing came out on top, and the 10 year installation warranty was a plus.

The Speed of the Roof Replacement went very Fast. The work Crew and the Clean-Up were quite efficient, pleasant, and courteous. I Give a 5 star immediately for this.
The Lowering of the Rating overall to a 2 Star has to do with the CEO Kody Landals and Errors made by the Installation Crew.
The Shingle first delivered were NOT U.S. EPA Energy Star certified/rated Shingles as requested repeatedly to Kody Landals. in follow-up conversations after the Contract was agreed upon. The interactions (Calls) with Kody Landals were responded in a Hostile/Intimidating tone of voice including Threats for extra Chargesfor the Unwanted materials originally delivered. Eventually this disagreement was resolved after having to Contact with the Solar Company that partnered with Reimagine Roofing.
The following Weekend, it rained with Water Leaking into the Home.
The Cause was from improper Sealing of the Roof mounted HVAC that was Jacked - Up to install the Shingles but not properly resecured. There was Scrap Wood used as Fill-In on one side.
I contacted the Solar partner after getting a Bid from the original HVAC Supplier/Installer as the last conversations with Kody Landals were met with unprofessional interactions.
Later that day, We (Wife and I) were informed we would be contacted the same Day or next day. by Reimagine Roofing. 6 Days later, the Leak Issue (HVAC correcting) or any contact from Reimagine Roofing has not occured. A follow-up will be posted as soon as possible.

I've learned the best path to a happier homeowner has fewer steps, less hassle, and more upsides for everyone. Kody Landals, Founder & CEO.
He has Failed to live-Up to his Moto. Further has failed to live-up to his promises : (Reimbursement for My Costs to have the Water Leak issue corrected (As authorized by Reimagine Roofing) and failed to provide the documentation stating my Warranty is still intact.

-1 Star >> Kody Landals attempting to substitute for unauthorized materials, Offering the Bribe, and Threat of Breach of Contract if disallowed to continue.
-1 Star >> Kody Landals not responding or having Personnel available to immediately correct the Water Leak. Then, only Responding after the 2 Star Review Posting by sending Jeff to the residence with the 1st message delivered was his (Kody Landals') displeasure about the 2 Star Posting. Later after Jeff was finished delivering Kody Landals' message, he THEN inspected the Issue.
Jeff inquired about Me changing the 2 Star Rating to a 5 Star. I responded if everything else goes Smoothly and timely I could possibly overlook Kody Landals poor Customer Relations.
Things didn't go Smoothly and Timely along with further poor Customer Relations from Kody Landals. This negated the Over-Look
-1 Star >> Kody Landals for Unprofessional Hostile and Accusatory E-Mails, Failure to fulfil promise of documentation that the Warranty is still intact after Threat to Void if his conditions were not met when the HVAC Contractor corrected the Water Leak, and Failure to reimburse Me for the Cost of the HVAC Contractor's Billing as promised.
What could have resulted ai a 5 Star has deteriorated to a 2 Star all from that of the choices Kody Landals has taken.

My total experience with Durafoam Roofing was excellent.

I first heard about them on Rosie on the house.
We called them to come out to quote a replacement for my roof with new urethane foam and shingle roofing. Lance the estimator came out on time and gave a fair bid, so we signed up and everything turned out great. I was just really impressed with the quality and experience these guys had. I have never met people like that in my life with that level of customer service. They truly do everything to please the customer. And everyone of their people is pleasant. They leave your yard and surroundings absolutely pristine that you couldn't tell that anybody has ever been there at all.

So all in all, I just think that they're outstanding. I would definitely consider them to do your roofing. I was very pleased and I would use them again in a minute. They're wonderful and a professional company.

They never follow through or return calls

Max and Petra prepared and explained the contract to replace the roof/shingles and underlay and the damage to the ceiling due to a horrible storm. They were professional and courteous.

As a Master Elite Roofer ALLROOFS applied the highest standards to my GoldenPledge Roof; no detail was overlooked and I had the additional benefit of having the manufacturer (GAF) warrant my roof. GAF even came out and inspected the roof themselves. I feel confident the roof will be around longer after I am gone.
