Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. This roofing service company did a wonderful job in re-roofing the damaged areas of my house. They spared time for proper inspection and answered my various questions before getting on with the work. The team was thoroughly professional & always reached on time. The clean up done by them was also appreciated.

I recently moved into my new home and during the first rain we had a roof leak in our kitchen. I called Jack the Roofer at 8:00am and they had a inspector out there in a couple of hours and the repair was completed by 3:00pm the Same Day. Great customer service too. They called me three separate times to first confirm the location in the house where the leak was, second to let me know they had been out my home and to have me authorize the repair and third to let me know the repair had been completed. I went on the roof when I got home and found the repair to be done very well and they even patched a 2nd area as a courtesy they said may be a problem in the future. Great roofer, would recommend to anyone.

The work was done so fast and the owner went above and beyond to answer our questions and concerns along the way. We were very happy with the price that was quoted, awesome warranty, excellent customer service.
