Spent $25000 to have the roof redone. We have more leaks now than before. New storm, new leak! Fixing the leak a week after you call, is the only consolation.

Edwin and his crew are top-notch. Our 25 year old tile roof underlayment needed to be replaced as well as our 35 ft rolled patio roof. They were here for 4 days and did an exceptional job from start to finish. They repaired my patio roof leak and replaced the facia boards, installed new underlayment and 3-rib valleys on the main roof, new bird-stop, replaced broken tiles and painted all areas to match. Communication and customer service are great. Solid job!

Scheduled 2 days ago due to a leak that started 2 days ago. Contractor shows up 20 minutes late only to say they don't do flat roofs. This is urgent, and I don't understand why this detail isn't asked when scheduling.

Now I'm 2 days in to living under a leaking asbestos roof that could be molding and might as well have just ignored the problem for 2 days.

Called him and he came the next day, fixed my roof tiles for me at an unbeatable price. I look forward to calling him again if needed.

Charlie was terrific and so is his crew. Seven of them came up to Payson in one day ripped off to roofs on the house and the garage and finished it. Professional courteous Timely and friendly. Roof Medics is a top notch company to work with. They replaced my foam roof in February and I have zero complaints. The foreman was excellent and oversaw the quality of work and made sure everything was up to his high standards. They did not cut any corners. They re-installed my air conditioners in better shape then when they were removed for foaming. You could see the attention to detail in every step of the effort.

I had four bids and their bid was the most reasonable and included a lot of extra items the other companies did not bid. They kept my pool protected and cleaned up the yard when finished each night.

This is the second time I had my roof replaced i (last time 25 years ago), and this company far exceeded my expectations. I don't usually do reviews but in this case I felt it a must.

These guys were contracted by my home management company.
They were scheduled to show up anywhere from between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. today they were a no-call no-show when we contacted our rental company to tell them that they were a no-call no-show All the sudden they tried to show up 9 hours later than they were supposed to then they hung up on us over the phone more than one time and proceeded to tell us we did not need to be home to show up here when we have small dogs do not recommend using this company at all.
