It's been a long time since I've dealt with a company with strong customer service values, but you'll find it with Hardacker Roofing. From getting the quote, to follow ups, picking the color of roofing, getting the job done and quality checks, this has to have been the BEST experience I've had with a major renovation. It rained last night. First time in a while I haven't worried about our shingles. I won't be worrying about shingles flipping over or flying off the roof again. Our new steel roof looks amazing, a completely different house. We went with the stone white, noticed a 3-5degree inside lower temperature immediately. We run evap most of the summer, so any change is noticeable.

The crew that did our install was great. They worked well together, addressed our concerns, were respectful of the property and overall were on top of the issues that came up. It took about a week from tear off to wrapping the facia. I feel for these guys being out there even in September in Arizona, I couldn't do it. Can't say enough good things about them.

We have another property that will be getting a Vertex roof in the future. I am very happy with our choice to go with Vertex and this roof product.

Whoever was driving truck 934 today in phoenix on I10 needs a driving lesson, or revoked license. The guy is zipping in and out of heavy traffic, no signal, on his phone the whole time. Way too dangerous. We drive a large truck and felt as though he should cut close in front of us. Not a good image for your company.

The previous company must not have waited for our roof it to dry as their coating began to flake not long after they recoated it. Terrible! I guess they weren't crazy about quality that day.

Had another company (that had repaired our tile roof in our old home) come out to repair the parts that were peeling off. It turns out that they used the wrong material which had to be scrapped off before recoating.

Duraform was extremely thorough powerwashing, repairing and preparing our roof. And they waiting a good long time for the repairs and recent rain to dry out.

Roof looks great! I'm really happy with these guys.

A final word of advice. Get a flat roof specialist to repair and coat your flat roof.
