I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.

Best decision I made going with Phoenix. Will for sure go back and do more business with them in the future. Ask for Alex!

After getting several quotes from other roof companies their estimate remained the most competitive over the course of several months as we decided to replace our aged roof. They arrived on the scheduled day and got the job done promptly even in the face of some weather that stretched the timeline out 1 day. I would use Diversified Roofing again should I have the need.

What can you say about Turner and his crew at NextGen!? Well there is so much. Thanks to the crazy monsoon of 2022, we need tiles replaced and underlayment also. From the moment I met Turner, I knew I was going to use NextGen for our roof repair. He was professional, knowledgeable and he listened to my concerns. This was a claim filed with my insurance company, so there was a little bit of a delay but this was no fault of NextGen, they communicated with me while waiting. Frank the tank, oh wait, the general manager, he is to be commended as well. He was just as knowledgeable and professional as Turner. Customer service is rough nowadays, you never know what you are going to encounter on the other line, well I can tell you, NextGen has it. They have what it takes to make it in a competing world of doing a good job and taking care of the customer. Hey Turner, your dad would be proud. ;)

In-Ex Design is a cut above when it comes to roofing companies. They provided our family with a new roof and did it in the most professional manner one could ask for.
The crew was polite, courteous and worked like a seamless group of men who knew what they were doing. Site was cleaned every day and not one thing was left behind.
