From the initial estimate, to the actual repair, Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling has been great to work with. Initially I was quoted 4 days to complete the work, but in actuality the job was done in 3! Plus, the cost of the repair was substantially lower than several other estimates I had received from other companies in the valley - one thousand dollars less to be exact! I couldn't be more happy with the service, quality of work and overall cost. I would recommend Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling to anyone.

First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. Brandon came and took pictures of the damage to my roof and met with my insurance agent. Everything went very well after that. My insurance paid for the complete job but it was all because of the way Brandon was able to show them the damage. They did a wonderful job on my roof and I was very pleased. I would definately use them again when or if the need arises.

Next door neighbor used Centrik for his roof recently. Another neighbor and myself decided it was time to replace ours too. We had Agusto@Centrik come out and price a quote for two houses. The price was great and beat quotes from 3 other roofers.
Centrik's warranty was better than the competition...15-years on labor and 30-years on material. This also included the flat roof (patio over hang) portion of our roof. The competition was giving no more than 5-year warranty on the flat roof portion.
The workers were up on the roof by 6:30am each day and worked to 4pm with only a lunch break. Our roof looks much better in appearance than what we had.
Centrik does not charge additional for any replacement ply-wood or existing broken tiles. The competition wanted to charge an average of $50-60/sheet of ply-wood used and $10/tile for replacement. There was no nickel and diming with Centrik.
Each day the guys cleaned up debris that hit the ground and on the last day they power washed my walkway and driveway..
Centrik does not ask for a deposit upfront...you pay at the end of the job and they want you to be happy with their work.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for roof replacement or repair.

I can't say enough good things about this company that I randomly found online....which can be a hard task without referrals. VERY professional, friendly, and did a great job. They sent pics of the completed work, and easy online payment. HIGHLY recommended.

My 2nd time using them for a spray foam roof application and turned out great. I was a little nervous this time around because this remodel I had the main roof opened up. So if it rain it wouldn't be good for the rest of the home. They made sure to fit me in before the rains came. Daryl and his crew did a good job! I will use again when needed.
