Honest, professional operation. Jack was so helpful in identifying what was wrong with our facia and he took the time to explain the best way to fix it - which, by the way, did not include using his services. Jack's advice backed by years of experience in both roofing and with insurance, was very informative and extremely appreciated. We've taped Phx R&R's card to our cabinet - they will for sure be the first place we call when we have a leak or roofing issue.

I was in the market to repair some storm damaged roofing on my garage. The house was also in need of an update. I called several companies to come and give me estimates for the repair and replacement of both roofs. They would show up give me a bid and when I would call them back to clarify some things on the estimate you may or may not get a return call.
I had PCC roofing and construction to also give me an estimate and Sean was the point person. He showed up for the estimate went over the options I wanted. He sent me the proposal the next day, spoke with him about a couple of changes. He came back apx a week later and we firmed up the quote and job. Gave him a deposit and set up a apx date to start.
After that he called about a week before to tell when supplies would be delivered and what day they would show up.
The roofers showed up for the work.The staff were pleasant to deal with Seans brother ( Brian) was the point person during the work. Any questions or concerns he dealt with. The site was cleaned up well each close of the days work.
Sean came out the nest day and we did a final look of the completed work. I was happy with the work and employees.

They don't repair all roofs as advertised

The quality of the final product is pretty good, which is the only reason for two stars here. The company has incredibly poor communication and deceptive billing practices...unfortunately they do nothing to dispel the stereotype of shady housing contractors. In my experience, representatives from ProWest went out of their way to avoid putting anything in writing. Foolish me, I thought they were just phone call people, but later learned it was because they were planning to add surprise costs later on...and with only undocumented phone conversations to reference, yeah... In the middle of my repair--after they had removed my entire roof--they suddenly discover extra work and extra costs that you have to agree to before they will continue...backing you into a corner of paying more or leaving your house without a roof in the middle of Arizona monsoon season. If you must use them, demand a written quote upfront and do what you can to protect yourself from them surprising you mid-job markups, but overall I'd say it's best to avoid.
