I found this company on the internet & never having any backyard makeovers done before, I didn't know exactly what to expect from a company that I had no one having previous experience with. Lone Star is a top notch company & very helpful & wonderful company to do business with. I couldn't be happier with the results of the work they did. Tony was on top of things at all times & kept me informed at all times. It was truly a great experience to work with Lone Star. I will recommend them to every one that I know who is needing landscaping work done.

We had some low voltage lighting installed in our yard. Big Nick's did a really good job. It wasn't just the installation that went smoothly but they also took the time to explain things to us and keep us informed during the installation. I genuinely loved working with their staff. They were so kind and went out of their way to make things easy for us. I am so happy with the end result. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know.

The company was hired by the homeowner to replace an irrigation valve. We discovered that the valve was leaking and asked them to go back and repair it. They went to the property, claimed the valve wasn't leaking and charged me a trip charge of $62. I went to the property, took a picture of the valve spraying water and sent it to them. They refuse to look at the video and want to charge me to go back to the property to check it again. I would never recommend a company with this kind of customer service policy.
