We had a little yellow stain in the ceiling of our room and called America Roofing to come and check it out. Ended up not being a leak from our roof but Ray ended up putting a little extra caulk around some of the pipes on the roof and told us it was likely a drip from our AC. Absolutely loved the honesty, whenever we need to redo our roof or there is another problem, absolutely going to go to America Roofing first.

Got the job done in a timely manner, with no complaints. Already recommended them to my neighbors, along with me family outside of Phoenix.

Called to schedule an estimate, was told I would hear from an estimator to schedule after giving them my information. Never heard back. Guess they dont want more business.

UPDATE:
They called me within hours of this review. I was at work so I missed the call. The next day(on a Saturday, I come home from errands and find a paper on my BEDROOM door that they had been in my house without me. I had other workers here, but that does not give them the right to enter my home without me here. The following Monday I receive an estimate from them for a roof repair in a random spot that I didnt even ask for that is not leaking. I called for a leak in my master bath and they gave me an estimate for a repair in the garage. WAY OFF. I called to tell them I dont like that they entered my home without me and that the estimate is not what I asked for. They said they would call me back so that they could come look at the leak. They didnt. Big shocker. STAY FAR AWAY.

I was in a hurry to replace my roof because Tesla solar was installing my system and had moved up my installation date. Pinnacle was able to bump up my roof installation a few weeks in order to accommodate my solar install. I really appreciated this. Everyone with whom I dealt was professional. I was happy with my new roof.

Had a fantastic experience with this company. Alan came to examine the roof and provided me with a repair quote. When I asked for a quote for the entire roof, he gave me a number but said the remaining areas would likely be fine for three to five years. His honesty was refreshing as most businesses would have gone for the higher priced service. His crew arrived on time daily, cleaned up the area daily, were professional, and finished earlier than expected. I have given their information to others who need repairs. Great small business!

They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. Last year I had Arizona Native Roofing re-do my roof in an attempt to be proactive in caring for my roof. They did a phenomenal job. This year again, I am being proactive and had them re-do the tile portion. I was completely satisfied last year and I am again completely satisfied this year. During the most recent storms I had no problems. I trust this company and I trust the owner.
