We had an emergency with this last storm. We called them the morning after the storm. They got all of our info. Said we were in the queue to be called back. That evening we hadn’t heard anything. Tried to call again. Left a message. The next day. Still nothing. Called them again at 3:30 in the afternoon. Had to give all our info again like we never talked. The guy was not rude or anything but told us that some time next week we would get a call. I have rain water pouring into my attic making my sheet rock fall into my house. This place is a joke. Told the guy on the phone that we would just find someone else. We have already wasted 2 days trying to get this thing fixed.

Express roofing did an excellent job foaming my roof. They provide superior customer service and quality work. A flat roof is a challenge but not for express roofing. I have been a happy customer for more than 10 years
