Lyons Roofing representatives were very responsive and interested in providing me with the best service from the beginning with my first contact. Everyone I had contact with was professional and answered all my questions. They were very good at keeping me informed of the process at every step. My roof looks beautiful, I originally had wood shake shingles. Lyons suggested a product that looks similar to wood shingles but has a longer longevity and it looks great.

Horrible service

Although Star Roofing performed our tear off and install seven years ago, we still remember their great customer service and quality of work. We received multiple bids after the hail storm came through that year and Star was the most competitive. What also impressed me was that they were/are the last union roofing company in Arizona. I always appreciate companies that take care of their employees.

John did a fantastic job with our insurance claim. He met with our adjuster and made sure all of the damages were covered. He explained the steps to us so that we were comfortable and understood the process.
The roof looks great and my property was cleaned thoroughly once the job was completed!

Gryphon Roofing was excellent, fixing a complex leak as well as the mess left by the first roofers we had. After a recent heavy rainstorm, I discovered the need for immediate roof repair. I spoke with Turner Witt and found him to be very honest and forthcoming. I invited him to quote and I was pleasantly surprised to find that his quote was in the low to mid range, but more importantly his scope of work was well thought out and explained. During repairs, no detail was left undone and their cleanup after the job was complete left me with the satisfaction that I had made the right choice of contractor. Next Gen is the real deal! I highly recommend this roofing contractor.

I recently moved into my new home and during the first rain we had a roof leak in our kitchen. I called Jack the Roofer at 8:00am and they had a inspector out there in a couple of hours and the repair was completed by 3:00pm the Same Day. Great customer service too. They called me three separate times to first confirm the location in the house where the leak was, second to let me know they had been out my home and to have me authorize the repair and third to let me know the repair had been completed. I went on the roof when I got home and found the repair to be done very well and they even patched a 2nd area as a courtesy they said may be a problem in the future. Great roofer, would recommend to anyone.
