I am a real estate agent in the valley and I work with a lot of contractors daily. The last roofer I was working with stood me up and we were close to a closing, I got recommended to Brett at RENCO roofing from a friend of mine and after explaining the issue to Brett he went out the very next day to fix the issue at no cost since he felt the job was to small to charge! I can tell that he cares a lot about costumer satisfaction and well now I have a new roofer for life. I will highly recommend Brett at RENCO roofing to anyone.

Very happy with their work and their prices are reasonable. We had an issue that showed up about a month after their resealing work on our roof but they showed up quickly and made the small fix.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were prompt for the inspection and the estimate was given to us promptly as well! The office staff was helpful, informative and courteous. The work was started when they said it would be, by a crew that was , professional, quick and extremely neat. The work took a mere two days, and you wouldn't have know anyone had been here. BEAUTIFUL WORK and the most stress-free home project we'd ever had done. Look no further....this is the company you want.

Friendly and helpful staff

Very poor customer service. They have a convoluted communication system in which they don't speak directly to you, but in circuitous methods. I agree with another review on here. I had no idea what or when they were doing work even though I was at home the whole time. The one time I tried to look outside I saw a propane tank roll off the roof into the pool. We are still trying to pay the bill. Warning: they charge extra to pay by credit card. We tried to mail a check but they have multiple addresses. Of course we sent it to the wrong one and now they expect us to send another check even though our first one disappeared. All of this could be made so much easier if they talked person-to-person, but they don't seem to do that! Very frustrated.

We are very happy! From our initial meeting with the owner Josh, through final clean-up before the crew left, everything went very smoothly! Really appreciate the quality materials, professionalism, and first-class workmanship! A note on cost: It was comparable to, or even better than, other roofers I met with, and if you intend to go solar, you get the 26% federal tax credit on both the cost of the roof and the cost of solar.

Steve and Laura were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They gave me the best pricing on my replacement, compared to 4 other estimates, and completed the work in the timeframe they told me. The crew cleaned up everyday and Steve made sure all the roof openings were covered to preventive birds and anything else from getting in. Laura is very nice to deal with and always responds quickly. I highly recommend Certified Roofing.

Can’t say enough good things about Harper’s. Estimate was provided promptly, pricing was super-competitive, Tracey who runs the office was really helpful with scheduling, the crew cleaned up the yard and the patio area every evening when they left, and the finished product is beautiful. My super-picky former general contractor boyfriend says it’s a terrific job!
