We just needed our flat roof re-coated, but they were so efficient and professional - from the initial quote with Brandon, to the completed job - they deserve a shout out. We will use them again for a new roof for our guest house.

Professional from bid through entire job. Communicates well, quiet and respectful crew who did beautiful work. Cleaned up each day and the final sweep with a magnet for stray nails was part of the job. Absolutely recommend.

had a roofing estimate to repair a small leak and they tried to get me to pay $4400 to redo half the roof. This company is extremely overpriced and only Katherine is respectable and helpful.

Do yourself a favor and get any other roofing company you will be happy you did.

Excellent service and excellent work. Kevin came on site during our new home inspection period to give us a no-fee estimate, which seems to be rare these days.
After some delays closing on the home, Melissa worked quickly with us to schedule the date of installation. They were very accommodating to take a deposit from the title company to get us on the schedule.
Communication was beyond excellent via email and phone calls. I would highly recommend Almeida Roofing for any roofing needs and will happily recommend them in the future.

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. They got the materials lined up promptly and helped us choose a color that was available and attractive on our house. The roofers showed up early in the morning, so they could be done before the forecasted thunderstorms arrived. They took care to protect protect our deck furniture from falling debris, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Not one scrap of shingle was left, and no trash was left behind.

Geo Roofing responded to my request for an estimate of cost for roof repair, due to storm damage, in a timely manner. After accepting the bid , the repair was done well in an acceptable time frame. If I need roof repair in the future, Geo Roofing will be my first choice.

I initially dismissed Capstone judgment based on other company's incorrect assessment. I'm disappointed that the highly rated other contractor was wrong. He said that my leak was due to a small error and that he fixed it. But that was not the case as evidenced by current moisture and leaking. I'm glad that capstone roofing was honest and didn't try to give minimal/no treatment, possibly in pursuit of ranking and social media placement.

Im a property manager, I tried to get them out to a property for 2 weeks. They called me twice saying they were in the area, when they should've called the tenant. I gave the tenant info Somehow they didn't show up either time still?? I have an unhappy owner, a roof that is still damaged, a tenant who is wondering when we will have this fixed, and they made everyone look terrible.

Someone else told me I needed $1000s of work done. I called Durafoam and found out the only problem was a bee hive blocking a scupper. The guy who came out cleared the scupper and told me I just needed to caulk around it. So glad I called them.

Sean came on time and very courteous and friendly ( qualities you look for in a business) he took his time to survey not just the swamp cooler removal and repair, but took time and gave great advice about suggestions and tips for the rest of the roof. And they came and did it before the rain came, they could’ve waited, but he wanted to get the job done so we wouldn’t have to worry about our leaking roof!!! Max and Petra prepared and explained the contract to replace the roof/shingles and underlay and the damage to the ceiling due to a horrible storm. They were professional and courteous.

We called Overson Roofing after finding a watermark on our bedroom ceiling. They came out, gave a detailed estimate, (including photos so we knew what was wrong!), showed up when they said they would and completed repairs in promised time frame. We are extremely happy with this company and would use them again and also refer.

Steve and Laura were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They gave me the best pricing on my replacement, compared to 4 other estimates, and completed the work in the timeframe they told me. The crew cleaned up everyday and Steve made sure all the roof openings were covered to preventive birds and anything else from getting in. Laura is very nice to deal with and always responds quickly. I highly recommend Certified Roofing.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
