Troy and Alex were extremely helpful and patient and explained the whole process with insurance very thoroughly. The roof was done in a day and looks amazing.

The company did a great job Installing the new roof with skylights. Manuel the project was very helpful so were the roofers. When the job was finished they made sure they left the area clean. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF AND ACCOUNTING - ESPECIALLY DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC !!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -

We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired.

The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient. That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed.

In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks.

The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer!!

The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service.

When I needed a roof inspection High Class Roofing was recommended. From the moment I called them they were professional and took the time to prioritize my inspection needs. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I contacted 4 Roofing Companies and Scott at In-Ex Designs was the only one who set up an appointment to meet. In-Ex gave me a very reasonable quoted price along with a great warranty. They were very efficient, clean, timely, and friendly. We couldn't be happier!

Scheduled 2 days ago due to a leak that started 2 days ago. Contractor shows up 20 minutes late only to say they don't do flat roofs. This is urgent, and I don't understand why this detail isn't asked when scheduling.

Now I'm 2 days in to living under a leaking asbestos roof that could be molding and might as well have just ignored the problem for 2 days.

Daniel did a pretty good job and was upfront and honest with me. That is what I appreciate in a company.

I am so happy with the services I received from this company. Randall is a very honest man and is very attentive to what I was needing for my home. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but this company.
