Noticed a wet spot on bathroom ceiling after storm the previous night.Jay came out and reattached a vent that had been dislodged from strong winds from the day before. He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

Worked with Dan to install a roof at our place in N Phx. Dan was amazing! Apart from the work itself, I had some amazing conversations with him and he was very supportive of our situation and sometimes even went beyond to save us extra costs. We had so many estimates from roof companies and some of them were also a lot cheaper, but after talking to Dan, we knew we did not want anyone else. They did a complete asphalt roof replacement as contracted. I am very satisfied. The job was completed when they said. The team is a hard working group that produced a fine result. The clean up was complete and meticulous.

We have used Ultra Foam as a subcontractor for some of our remodeling projects. They are knowledgeable, friendly, on time and they do a great job! We do not get callbacks for warranty issues with the projects they have done. They are a top notch, quality installer with high integrity, and we highly recommend them.

They did a great job with our roof. Very professional and cleaned up well afterwards. We were very happy with the work. Also, their bid was very competitive with the 4 other bids we got. Randall (project manager) always responded to my phone calls or texts. Only issue was it took a little longer than expected as we had them install some sun tubes that were delayed at the distributor. Other than that, we would hire them again.
