Amazing customer service from the first call! I originally spoke to Ashley when requesting a quote, being a new home owner this was all new to me, she suggested I set up multiple companies to provide competitive quotes.

After a few weeks, Ashley called me back just to follow up on their quote and to see if I had any questions. Out of all 5 quotes, Hardacker Roofing came out on top, and the 10 year installation warranty was a plus.

Bonnie help setup the appointment and answered any questions I had about materials. Honestly, if it came down to just pure customer service, hands down Hardacker is amazing. Thank you ladies for making this first time homeowner feel good about replacing an important piece of my home!

They blocked my driveway with there trailer for a week. There was a rain delay on there ability to roof so they left there trailer in my driveway for 5 days, moving it on the 5th day. I had a vehical parked on the side of there trailer because I could not access my driveway. While they were roofing they damaged that vehicals paint. Then they blamed it on the weather and will not take responsibility. In addition the rain rails/flashing they removed were bent from the removal process and they refused them. It looks terrible and it will probably leak. I do not recommend this company.

In response to the comment below: If you are the owner or one of them, I suggest you speak with James. He is aware of the issues I have had and he said he spoke with the owner and the owner was not interested in the damage to my vehicle. And if you are the owner I suggest you contact me and I will show you the security footage of shingles hitting my vehical. I will also so you the securaty footage of me singing the check. I don't ever give reviews but this company deserves it!!! I got their name from a neighbor that was very happy with her roof and I am glad I called them. Sean came by to look at my roof. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the process from beginning to end and answered all of my questions. He sent over a quote within a suitable time. The price was reasonable so I decided to go with them. When Brian and his crew were replacing the roof they were on time everyday, they cleaned up during the work and at the end of each day. They even removed my old satellite dish. Once the roof was complete Brian met with me to look at the roof to ensure satisfaction. Sean also reached out to ensure I did not have any questions or concerns. Now on to quality...I am a very picky person but this roof is beautiful! The pictures don't do justice. I am very happy with the service this company provides. I will be recommending them to anyone that I hear needs roof work. Thank you Sean, Brian and crew!

We hired In-Ex to remove the old flat roof and replace with new insulation and coating. They did an excellent job, were efficient and did the job as promised. Working with Daryl was a pleasure, he was responsive and on time with any appointments and very thorough in his explanation of what would take place. I would highly recommend Daryl and his crews to work on your roof and will not hesitate to use him again if necessary. His crew had missed picking up some of the old foam off the ground (which had blown off the roof on a breezy day) during clean up and when notified they came back the same day and picked up the rest of the foam.

I am extremely impressed with Stapleton Roofing skills in total roof replacement. The roofing crew was very knowledgeable and skilled. They even cleaned up all of the debris each day. From now on Stapleton Roofing gets all of my referrals.
